Organic Ground Chicken Chilli OJO (MISSING NUTRITIONAL KEYS)

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE IT:
• 1 tsp. coconut oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 8 garlic cloves, crushed or organic garlic powder 1 tablespoon
• 2 chili’s, deseeded and chopped
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. ground coriander
• 1 tsp. paprika
• pinch cayenne pepper
• 14 oz. (400g) canned tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. tomato puree
• 2 Tomatoes
• 6 Stalks of Celery
• 1 Lb of organic ground chicken
• 7 oz. (200g) canned peas, drained • chopped parsley, to serve
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and cook the onions gently over low heat for 6-8 minutes, until softened and golden. Add the mince and fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Next add the garlic, chilies, and all the spices and continue frying, for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato purée, and stock and bring to the boil.
- Add ground chicken and stir to prevent it from clumping.
- Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and add the peas. Heat through for about 5 minutes and serve scattered with parsley with a side of rice or a jacket potato. Enjoy it!
