We live in a fast-paced environment that something as simple as giving our bodies the nutrients it needs and incorporating daily movement eludes us. The closer to the earth, the better for your health (whole foods).
“You are what you eat!” It is accurate, and what it ate you eat.
“If we cannot read it, probably shouldn’t eat it.” Artificial substances (“Franke-foods”) cause inflammation as the body doesn’t recognize it as real.
When we understand how what we eat affects us, we become more conscious and responsible for what we put in our mouth. Be prepared for when hunger strikes with something that creates wellness, not an illness. Try to have all the colors of the rainbow on your plate, especially green leafy vegetables.
We are consuming (foods, goods, etc.) more while moving and breathing less, causing us unnecessary suffering and living in disease instead of in-ease. You can enjoy full vitality and radiance if you give your body what it needs and move more. Your daily habits are at the foundation of your overall well-being. Movement is an essential component of health.
Judgment and guilt are incredibly unproductive when pursuing personal goals. Fun is an integrative part of learning. Consistency is more efficient than intensity.
